Description Summary
This individual will provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff and others in the Academic Resource Center during evening and weekend hours. Duties will include assisting with computers/technology and helping maintain the media collection. This position will work 10-20 hours/week at $13.90/hr. Shifts run from Sunday-Thursday during the hours of 5:30pm-12:00am, Saturday 12:00pm-5:00pm.
Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent required. Excellent customer service skills; strong working knowledge of computers, a responsible, dependable person who enjoys interacting with people and solving problems.
