Iowa Dental Associates is Hiring a Regional Operations Manager Near Spirit Lake, IA

Description

 Iowa Dental Associates is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join their growing team!

 Territory: Northwest Iowa and Sioux Falls, SD 

 Must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Listen, hear, understand, assess, find solutions, decide best course of action 
  • Modeling company culture, values, standards and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework; actively learning how to create an environment that promotes culture and values daily 
  • Assessment, hiring and retention of right fit team members through comprehensive training, supervision, counseling and coaching 
  • Assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing the facts and circumstances to develop timely, effective, logical yet creative solutions 
  • Execution of the Operational Model with consistency to meet identified office imperatives in partnership with the local lead dentist(s) 
  • Continuously assess staffing and recruitment needs; support Office Managers to effectively identify, hire, and onboard practice talent. 
  • Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions when necessary 
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental leadership to ensure they have the necessary support for success 
  • Attain business goals through the achievement of revenue and profitability objectives. Refer to KPIs 
  • Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of our business model, operating procedures, and protocols. 
  • Support daily office operations within the region as necessary. 
  • Respond to clinical and operational concerns; be accessible and responsive. 
  • Other related functions as requested by supported Practice Owners. 

Requirements:

  • Clinical Knowledge in Dentistry 
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft Office 
  • Must be willing to travel
