Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Requirements: 

• CNA Certification 
• Reliable transportation
• Work a minimum of ten (10) hours per month 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and document services provided accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
