We are currently recruiting for the IP team within a well-established, national law firm. This highly respected team of attorneys, agents, and advisors has a very robust and growing intellectual property practice with an impressive array of high tech clients.
Here, your responsibilities will be dependent upon your level of experience and demonstrated ability, with the focus being on the preparation and prosecution of patents for US and domestic clients. There will also be the opportunity to support various other patent related issues, such as opinions, portfolio strategy and acquisitions, due diligence, competitive landscape assessments, PTAB cases, and patent litigation.

- PhD in Physics, with knowledge pertaining to electronics (instrumentation, measurement and control systems), photonics, and quantum physics
- USPTO bar or desire to eventually take the exam
- Experience as a Patent Agent or as a Technical Advisor pertaining to patents is preferred, but not necessarily required
