iParametrics is Hiring a Facility Solutions Associate Near Washington, DC

The Facility Solutions Associate (FSA) will be working directly for the Commissioning Manager but will have primary accountability for development and execution of the Hensel Phelps Services Commissioning Operational Project Readiness (OPR) program. More specifically this role will be responsible for developing the necessary tools for status tracking and execution of all MEPF equipment and system start up documentation and project closeout material. This position will be working on up to four projects simultaneously remote from the projects but will be required to travel to the projects on regular intervals. Responsibilities:

Work directly for and on behalf of Hensel Phelps Construction Co. team members to perform these duties.
Review contract documents (design drawings, submittals, shop drawings, specifications, etc.) for program/project understanding, constructability, functionality requirements. These reviews will be the basis of the project tools development.
Develop project Master Equipment List.
Review and track submission and approval of Commissioning scripts.
Develop Operations and Maintenace Manuals.
Develop schedule and agenda for Owner Trainings.
Develop and execute Owner training schedule and videography of the trainings.

Requirements:

Four (4) year degree in construction management or engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
