Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Production support and enhancements in a techno-functional role

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle GTM

applications.

Provide hands-on technical, functional & development support

for implemented GTM modules.

Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents

and change work.

Document and manage technical specifications and software

packages.

People with excellent communication skills are preferred.

Ability to communicate with Business users on Business

processes is a must.

Configure and deploy Oracle GTM solutions to meet business

requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze global

trade compliance requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT,

logistics, and legal, to integrate GTM solutions seamlessly into

existing systems.
