JOB SUMMARY:
The Internal Comms Director plays an important role on the Corporate Communications team. The overarching responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development and execution of all global internal communications and employee engagement programs with an aim to build internal understanding of the global culture and values. This role will actively drive internal communications efforts through innovative network-wide employee communications for 6,000 employees, across existing and future communication channels, platforms and vehicles, including new and emerging technologies. This role requires thoughtful and strategic thinking, and the ability to simultaneously manage, coordinate and execute a number of complex internal communications projects within stringent timelines. This role requires the capacity to build and maintain relationships with agency/account leads, creatives and department heads to stay abreast of agency news and develop and execute internal comms plans. This role may include supervision of multiple Communications Managers/Associates, as necessary.
