Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join our team. The Finance Director will be responsible for the management, growth and day-to-day financial operations and analysis for the Product, Innovation and Engineering (PIE) organization within Kinesso Solutions.

Responsibilities

Own forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A) for PIE, inclusive of month end close, budget submissions and reforecasts, flashes, variance commentaries etc.

* Oversee the CAPEX process in relation to the capitalization of software development costs

* Liaison with international markets to align on budgets, actuals and business drivers

* Business partnering with the department leads of the Product, Innovation and Engineering teams

* Coordination with the business around recruitment and internal approvals related to resourcing

* Overseeing revenue and billing processes and ensuring appropriate rev rec and accounting treatments are applied

* Approving Travel and Entertainment requests and claims in line with company policy

* Working with the CFO and business leads on ad hoc strategic projects

* Driving process improvements within the finance team

* Recommend and develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining optimum financial results.

Required Skills & Experience

* Substantial experience in financial management, reporting and analysis

* Media, Advertising or Tech experience highly preferred

* Knowledge or experience in software capitalization preferred

* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-Lookups

* SAP & Hyperion experience preferred

* Ability to present and articulate financial information in a clear and insightful manner.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
