Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist at IPRO Dental Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients, primarily dentists and dental professionals. This position requires a deep understanding of dental terminology, laboratory processes, and hands-on experience in dental practice. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in dental terminology, who are capable of addressing technical inquiries, assisting with complex cases, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support from dental professionals regarding laboratory cases.
• Communicate effectively with dentists to understand their questions, concerns, and requirements related to dental cases.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance and assistance on dental materials, techniques, and procedures to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or challenges encountered during case fabrication.
• Assist in interpreting dental prescriptions, treatment plans, and digital records to fulfill client orders accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions on our lab's system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Dental education/training required.
• Experience working in a dental laboratory or dental practice is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English language (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
