Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Base salary range :$55,000-$65,000

Location: New York city or Tampa, Florida

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive demand and generate leads for our products or services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that effectively reach our target audience and drive conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with the campaign objectives and resonates with our target audience.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales objectives and support the overall sales strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for demand generation and lead generation.
• Manage the demand generation budget and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of demand generation tactics and strategies, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
