Description
ELIGIBLE FOR SIGN ON BONUS
Physical Therapist (PT) works independently to provide physical therapy evaluations and therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician, consistent with hospital policies and procedures, standards of practice, and regulations as directed by the Rehab Director of . Provides assistance to the patient in the restoration of function and prevention of disability following disease, injury, or loss of a limb. Has full access to patient health information.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotational weekends (FT 40 hours)
