Server must have experience in a high pace restauraunt or jamaican restaurant

Duties:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the dining experience
- Answer customer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Upsell menu items and suggest additional options to enhance the dining experience
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Assist with bussing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for accurately handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues promptly
- Familiarity with retail math for calculating bills, tips, and discounts is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
