Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Construction Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform various construction and maintenance tasks across multiple trades to a high standard of quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to various building systems and components.
• Estimate materials and labor costs for projects.
• Procure necessary materials and tools for assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Complete punch list items upon project completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, demonstrating proficiency in multiple trades.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure in one or more construction trades.
• Experience with punch list completion and quality control.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.27 - $25.62 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
