Lead a high-volume distribution center's maintenance & operations.
- Oversee mechanical & electrical systems, minimizing downtime.
- Manage mechanics & electricians, implement preventive maintenance.
- Qualifications: Associate's degree/experience in engineering proven DC leadership.
- Experience in: mechanical/electrical systems, controls (PLC), maintenance (MHE control systems).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage teams, schedules, work orders, conduct audits, propose improvements.
