Title: Lead Traveling Superintendent

Location: Travel

Compensation: $120-$140 base salary, vehicle & cell allowance, gas reimbursement, full benefits and paid lodging

We are in search of a high caliber Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects specifically in the warehouse/distribution sector. This position is with a mid-sized, family owned, blue-collar GC with a stellar reputation.

They have strong relationships in this sector of the industry and a full pipeline, giving them the ability to keep their people busy!

Must haves:

• At least 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience running new construction projects in any sector
• Willingness to train & mentor
• Servant leader mentality

Nice to have:

• Self performing experience is a plus!
• Warehouse/Distribution Center Experience
