The Position:

We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team. You'll wear two hats in this exciting role, playing a vital part in both the pre-construction and construction phases of our projects. You'll collaborate closely with all stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Develop accurate and competitive bids for commercial projects up to $10 million.
• Project Management: Oversee assigned projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Subcontractor Management: Qualify, select, and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Construction Management: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with experience in both estimating and project management.
• Proven ability to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and estimating software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Familiarity with the Cincinnati construction market a plus.
