We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland, overseeing a significant national account in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects for a large national account, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation, and oversee their execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the national account, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably managing large-scale national accounts.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
