Altura is hiring Rope Access Blade Repair Technicians. Pay Range $28-48 hour for well qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, full benefits, and an opportunity to build a rewarding career with ALTURA. A strong belief in safety and teamwork are a must, along with a good level of fitness and strong work ethics. Positions would require travel to various jobsites throughout the USA.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have experience repairing blades with rope access
• Current SPRAT or IRATA certification
• Ability and comfort with working at considerable heights (in excess of 250 feet).
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be willing to travel
• Pre-employment background checks
• Drug & alcohol testing required
• Requires high level of physical fitness
• Strong safety culture
• Must be eligible for work in the US
• Year-round work available
• GWO certs would be considered a plus
• Competitive per diem rates

Physical Requirements:

• Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more;
•  Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb;
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
