Iron Age Korean Steakhouse is Hiring a Server Near Centreville, VA
Ironage Korean Steak House is looking for outgoing, energetic and professional people who can work in a fun, fast paced restaurant that caters to lunch and dinner crowds. Our high volume gives you consistent hours, flexible schedules and the opportunity to make a great income. Requirements:
- Must represent Iron Age Korean Steak House’s Values and principles
- Must follow rules and regulations of Ironage Korean Steak House and all applicable city, county, state and federal laws and regulations
- Enjoys Guest service and have passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Must understand the concept of teamwork, communication and leadership
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Experience in any restaurant preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for 7 to 12 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to learn, understand and follow basic health codes.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: $3.75/hr plus individual tip (SERVER)
