Responsibilities

Job Description:  

USSOCOM is looking for Custom Web Application and Business Process support services to foster the integration of people, processes, and technologies to increase organizational performance and knowledge transfer. Support services include a suite of collaborative applications to include Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio and MS Azure development operations.

These positions are contingent upon the award of a SOCOM contract. 

Qualifications

Project Manager Job Duties Include (but not limited to):  

• Communicating with all levels of management at an expert level. 
• Translate, track and prioritize information needs. 
• Prioritize and allocate resources correctly and efficiently 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 10 Years of using resource management principles and techniques. 
• 10 Years of tracking, translating and prioritizing information needs.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) 

Senior Web Application Developer Job Duties Include (but not limited to):  

• Sharing knowledge in understanding of back-end and front-end technologies, version control systems, Application Programming Interface (API), servers, applications, security best practices, data structures and algorithms, user interface (UI) design. 
• Institution and management of computer programming principles.
• Sharing knowledge of programming language structures and logic. 
• Software debugging. 
• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, with the ability to quickly change projects as importance of priorities change. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 10 Years of writing code in currently supported programming languages including but not limited to; C#, MVC, .Net, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• 10 Years of conducting software debugging.
• 10 Years of using and understanding complex mathematical concepts.
• 10 Years of developing secure software according to secure software deployment methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Ability to work in a development team, as well as individually.

Senior Database Administrator and Developer Job Duties Include (but not limited to):  

• Leading and instructing developers in database management systems, query languages, table relationships, and views. 
• Sharing data analysis knowledge for normalization, extract, transform and load (ETL) in relation to business rules. 
• Establishment and instruction of data mining and data warehousing principles. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 10 Years developing ETL and data clean-up processes. 
• 10 Years of conducting queries and developing algorithms to analyze data structures. 
• 10 Years of optimizing database performance. 
• 10 Years of structuring and managing databases, advancing techniques to create stored procedures, automating applications and advanced data modeling concepts.

Senior Business Process Analyst Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Analyze and measure the impacts of completed projects 
• Communicating with audiences of varying technical levels. 
• Assess and prioritize backlog requirements.

• 10 Years of instituting organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models.
• 10 Years of institutional knowledge on current and future capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information.
• 10 Years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• 10 Years experience of creating business process maps and workflow visualization tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

Software Quality Assurance Specialist Job Duties Include (but not limited to): 

• Analyze test data. 
• Sharing knowledge and institution of systems testing and evaluation methods.

Data Entry Specialist Job Duties Include (but not limited to): 

• Contribute to Internal Reports.

• 5 Years assembling and compiling data for reports. 
• 5 Years of accurately inputting information quickly from a variety of sources. 
• 5 Years of experience working with Microsoft Suite applications.
