Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
- Seat guests and manage reservations to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Provide menus, offer recommendations, and address any guest inquiries regarding menu items.
- Coordinate with servers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including managing waiting lists.
- Assist in handling guest payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold health and safety standards, following proper sanitation guidelines.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of POS systems, Aloha POS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, phone etiquette, and guest relations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
