Responsibilities:

• Lead heart-pumping, results-oriented HIIT classes, incorporating a variety of exercises and training modalities.
• Motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels, providing modifications and progressions as needed.
• Ensure a safe and effective workout environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Build relationships with members and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay up-to-date on the latest HIIT trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Lead high-energy and engaging HIIT classes for participants of all fitness levels.

- Develop and deliver dynamic and challenging workouts that focus on cardiovascular fitness and strength.

- Provide proper instruction on bike setup, form, and safety guidelines.

- Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals.

- Create a positive and inclusive class atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience teaching HIIT classes.
• Experience with various HIIT modalities (e.g., Tabata, Boxing HIIT, Bodyweight HIIT).
• Proven ability to design and implement creative, effective HIIT workouts.
• A track record of increasing member engagement and satisfaction.
• A group fitness certification from a reputable organization like AFAA, ACE, or NASM.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong understanding of exercise science principles and proper form.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of participants.
• Experience creating effective playlists to enhance the workout experience (a plus).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented approach.

Schedule 1 hour long class:

- Wednesday 5:30pm

- Saturday 12pm

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
