Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support the overall growth objectives of Iron World. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

2. Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email, and print.
• Manage and update the company’s website to ensure it reflects current offerings and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.

3. Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

4. Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation of the brand.

5. Sales Support:

• Develop marketing materials to support the sales team, including brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

6. Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or home improvement industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fencing or construction industry.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of web development and content management systems (CMS).
