**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our kitchen staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Assist servers and bartenders with food and beverage service, including food preparation and plating. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment. * Support kitchen staff with food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests. * Monitor food safety and handling practices, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or issues. * Participate in banquet and event services, working closely with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution. * Help with food inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and organized service. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and management. **Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues. * Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment. * Familiarity with food preparation, handling, and presentation. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. * High school diploma or equivalent required. **Skills:** * Experience in food preparation and presentation. * Knowledge of food safety and handling practices. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to help and support other team members. * Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen environments. * Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. * Experience in banquet and event services. * Experience in food service and restaurant management. * High school diploma or equivalent.
