Job Summary:

A non-exempt, clerical position responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the patients and their families. Greet patients, prepares necessary forms, and collects completed forms as necessary. Following prescribed procedures, obtain financial and demographic information from patients in a sensitive and caring manner. Maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality. Uses the practice management system to verify and update patient data and scheduled appointments as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: One year of experience in a dental office, customer service or reception, preferably in a dental office.
