Job Summary:

This is a Non-Exempt position responsible for all site operations, supervises staff and services to ensure children receive high quality services, enrollment, fee for service, recruitment, professional development, ensuring all comprehensive services are integrated; including but not limited to education, health, disabilities, mental health, nutrition, transportation. Comply with Federal Head Start regulations, State of Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services licensing requirements, local fire and food inspections, and maintaining 5 star rating with state of Ohio.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood or a related field.
2. Experience: Early Childhood knowledge, experience in a supervisory role.
3. Other Qualifications: Provide a pre-employment physical and update it every three years; Criminal Background Check.
