Irontown is looking for someone who is a self-motivated person to run our front desk. This position requires experience as a Receptionist and knowledge of running a front desk. Responsibilities are the following but not limited to:

• Answering multi-line phone system
• Greeting customers and visitors
• Coordinating deliveries to factory floor, warehouse, office, etc.
• Helping with recruiting and onboarding of new hires using Paylocity system
• HR general admin duties
• Assist in some Accounting operations, including truing up factory employee hours in readiness for payroll processing
• Assist in Sales operations – CRM Database
• Data entry of purchase orders keeping track of order status
• Track and order office supplies
• Book travel and lodging for crew members
• Help coordinate company events
• Other items as requested by upper management and HR

Salary range: $18-$20
