Job purpose
The Employer account representative position is the main point of contact for our contributing Employers. This role is responsible for the account management and maintenance of assigned employers. We provide excellent customer service in support of our employers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY ROLES to include the following, but not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provides excellent customer service to all current employers
· Performs account maintenance for assigned employers
· Reconciles batches and reporting
· Interacts with employers, providing feedback and solutions
· Provides support for delinquent employer collections
· Responsible for producing monthly trustee reports
· Stays compliant with security and confidentiality policies as well as HIPAA and ERISA regulations
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of office work environment experience
· Strong mathematical aptitude, knowledge in accounting or finance preferred
· Experience in processing accounts receivables
· Data entry/10-key proficiency
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Detail oriented
· Ability to prioritize workload
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
· Exceptional telephone skills
· Works well in a team environment
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team-environment
· Impeccable organization and follow-up abilities
