Our fee-for-service private practice, located in Nashville (Belle Meade), is hiring a full-time RDA (avg. 36- 40 hours/week). This position is 5 days/week (M–F). Shift hours on Monday - Thursday are 7:45 am - 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch. Shift hours on Friday are 7:45 am - 12:00 pm. We want an RDA that is looking for a career opportunity and not just a job. Our office doubled in size in 2020 and we are continuing to grow today. We have been in business since 1946 and we are not slowing down.
Our office is a very busy, high quality, patient centered practice that does preventative, cosmetic, restorative, and reconstructive treatment. We offer a positive & enjoyable working atmosphere with appreciative doctors who treat everyone as equals, a fun team that genuinely like each other, a laid-back work environment (we don’t take ourselves too seriously), a wonderful patient population & modern, excellent care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Our office truly is a work family. So much so, that based on employee requests we have adjusted our schedule to allow for themed potlucks (in the office) and family dinner (outside of the office) throughout the year. These activities are optional, but the ideal candidate is someone who thinks these activities make for a good work environment and understands the value of working in a place that is positive, fun, and laid back.
A valid TN RDA license, radiology & nitrous monitoring certifications are a must. Implant, CBCT, Cerec, and ortho knowledge are all a plus. Background checks required.
After 90 days, we offer paid major holidays & vacation (starting in year 1), PTO (6 days per year), a bonus plan, a uniform allowance, employee and family discount on dental care and can join 401K after 1 year of employment. Salary DOE. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:00 and Fridays 7:30-12:00.
