Hours: Tuesday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday 8 am to 7 pm, Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday 9 am to 2 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Visionary Showroom located in Clarence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience
- Demonstrate products and answer customer questions
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers
- Utilize basic math skills to write up customer quotes accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Provide customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with other sales associates to achieve team goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- Prior sales experience in retail is preferred
- Experience with kitchen and bath products is an advantage
- A strong customer service background is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly
- Basic math skills
- English language proficiency
- Proficiency in retail sales and customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 - $17.75 per hour
