We are seeking an MPI Coordinator to join our team and support our Service Technicians in creating informative and engaging multi-point inspection (MPI) videos for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for producing videos that document the condition of vehicles and explain any service or repair recommendations made by our technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create Educational Videos: Produce clear, concise, and educational videos that go beyond simply listing the items covered in the MPI form or repair estimate. Educate customers about the affected parts, their functions, and their importance in the vehicle's overall performance.
• Add Meaningful Context: Use illustrative phraseology and vivid descriptions to add meaning and context to the videos. Ensure that each component shown in the video is purposeful and relevant to the customer's understanding of the issue.
• Ensure Actionable Closings: Provide actionable closing statements in the videos that summarize the technician's findings and recommendations. Celebrate items in good condition, inform customers about components nearing the end of their service life, and clearly direct them to recommended services or repairs.
• Collaborate with Technicians: Work closely with service technicians to understand their recommendations and accurately portray them in the videos. Maintain open communication to ensure alignment between the technician's assessments and the content of the videos.
• Maintain Video Quality Standards: Adhere to established quality standards for MPI videos, ensuring that each video is visually appealing, engaging, and meets the educational needs of our customers.
• Stay Updated on Automotive Technology: Stay informed about advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices for MPI video creation. Continuously improve your skills and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the videos.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with video creating/editing software and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members.
