As a Dental Assistant in a Specialty Endodontic Practice, your primary responsibility will be to assist the endodontist in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with specialized dental procedures focused on diagnosing and treating problems related to the dental pulp and root canals. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in creating a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their treatment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a dental assistant, especially in an endodontic or specialty dental practice, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of endodontic procedures, instruments, and materials is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using dental software for patient records and digital imaging.
  • Familiarity with infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the practice's needs and work well in a team-oriented environment.
