This position is responsible for operating a front end loader at our imi location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safely operating a front-end loader while loading material into the concrete plant.
- Responsible for the preventative maintenance and general care of the front-end loader.
- Responsible for the efficient working condition of plant equipment.
- Assist Plant Manager with minor servicing and maintenance.
- Responsible for the care, cleanliness, and condition of all on-site company assets.
- All other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager or other members of management
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
