About the role: We are seeking an Assembly Quality Control Associate that will report directly to our Quality Control Manager. This individual will provide support in all aspects of the Assembly and Production Quality Control process.
The role is on-site in our Burbank, CA facility.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check Work Orders prior to assembling products.
• Verify the components and Finished Goods (FGs) needed for Work Order.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area per GMP’s and SOP’s.
• Make sure all the tables are sanitized and cleaned and have cleared from previous orders before working on a new Order.
• Fill out Assembly Table Clearance and Set-up Record (SOP.GMP.OP.0001.59A) before the start of each Work Order.
• Make QC Approved labels for components after they have been sorted by assembly and for Finished Goods (UB) products after Micro Submission results have been received and approved. Approved labels are also made for products that are packaged and components that are checked 100% for filling room.
• Verify Item # of label, lot # of label, description of label, and placement of label on product is correct and to company’s specifications before running label machine.
• Verify Lot Code and Expiration Date is correct, legible, and placed correctly before running Lot Code machine.
• Walk the assembly floor to verify if products are being assembled properly and to company’s specifications. Check on the coders as well.
• Reject components and Finished Goods. Fill out a QC Reject form for each component and Finished Good that is being rejected.
• Reports any safety issues, GMP violations, and/or any quality & process issue to their supervisor.
• Additional duties given by their supervisor or the Director of Manufacturing Operation.

Education and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong Math Skills
• Prior experience in a QC environment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
