Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is Hiring an Office Admin, Commercial Dept. - Temp to Hire Near Rochester, NY

Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a temporary to possibly hire Commercial Department Office Administrator for their Rochester, NY, corporate location. In this role, you will maintain accurate office records and ensure operations are efficient to add maximum value to the company. This individual will support the department through a variety of tasks related to accurate entry and maintenance of data.

This is a 4-5 month temporary position with the potential to be hired full time after a probationary period.

Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Responsibilities:

  • Obtain vendor invoices and maintain purchase orders, attaching to the appropriate jobs.
  • Post all shop labor hours and materials to appropriate jobs and assign costs.
  • Be able to enter commercial leads when they come in by e-mail or phone and distribute to the salespeople according to a rotation.
  • Process new commercial install jobs by accurately entering them into the computer and building the requisite office folders.
  • Generate invoices according to commercial contracts and send bills to clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or higher is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The starting base range for this position is $20 to $21 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range
