Job Description: 

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated remote Outbound Sales Representative for their Rochester, NY, location. The Outbound Sales representative develops prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone. Using a list provided to you, you would be working to increase sales for Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning’s Home Energy Performance Department. You would work directly with team members in the field including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.

Work from home after 5-6 weeks of in-person training. Must be located in or around Rochester, NY, for full-time in-person training.

Responsibilities: 

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads
• Understand customer needs and requirements to successfully fulfill their expectations
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
• Work with Audit and Sales teams to schedule appointments
• Meet monthly department goals
• Demonstrate an outstanding level of professionalism

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma required. College degree in a related area such as Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, etc. preferred
• Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding inside sales goals
• HVAC knowledge or experience a plus

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $15.00 plus commission. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
