Position Summary
This contract role involves identifying and attracting top talent, with a focus on IT and technical disciplines, to support organizational growth. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding staffing needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Success in this position requires expertise in technical recruitment, a proactive approach to building talent pipelines, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This is a contract 1099 role with an anticipated duration of three months. Flexible on in office or hybrid work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and forecast talent needs, delivering diverse and highly qualified candidate pools for current and future opportunities.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, presenting candidates, and extending offers.
- Source candidates for highly technical roles, particularly in IT, leveraging best practices and innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Enhance Isagenix’s talent brand by effectively utilizing recruitment channels and identifying new sources to access untapped talent markets.
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, delivering thoughtful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.
- Present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including department and executive leadership.
- Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to ensure recruitment goals are met efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with expertise in IT and technical roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of roles, including high-demand skillsets.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System.
