Isaiah House Treatment Center is Hiring a Human Resources Recruiter Near Harrodsburg, KY

DescriptionThe HR Recruiter is responsible for managing many aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans at all levels and areas of the business. This person in this role will also work to network and develop strong referral relationships within the industry, as well as the Isaiah House management team.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems and managing resume databases
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication
  • Skilled at screening resumes and application forms
  • Experience Interviewing candidates (via phone, video or in-person)
  • Familiarity with the process of send job offers and answering questions about compensation and benefits
  • Track record of collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Process and Procedure Driven
  • Ability to speak in front of groups of people (new hire orientation)
