Job Description: ISG is seeking a Home Security Manager to join our team. The Home Security Manager will be responsible for supervising the day to day activity of Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders selling Home Security products for some of the nation’s top security brands. The Home Security Manager must have a minimum of five years’ experience managing a team of Home Security selling employees in either a retail or call center capacity. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating new ideas and/or issues as they arise
• Creating performance improvement plans for agents who are not meeting departmental performance goals
• Fostering a positive environment for agents through continual development and support
• Monitoring progress and development of team leads and sales agents against performance standards
