A national company with a facilities in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and the Southeast Region of the United States is currently seeking a Regional Property Manager for direct hire opportunities with their growing team. Regional Property Managers will be working full-time, with pay anticipated to be between $90,000-$110,000/year based on each candidate's experience and education. Qualified Regional Property Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• Experience as a Regional Property Manager or Director of Operations for Manufactured Home Communities
• Experience in Manufactured Housing Community management is a strong benefit
• Experience with substantial real estate and asset management portfolios between 1,000 to 6,000 Units
• Established in managing projects and acting as the intermediary between ownership and communities
• Knowledge of real estate and community property management, or related industries
• Ability to travel to property sites and assess properties frequently, Must live near an airport
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, and references, etc.
