As a Sales Associate at ISI Elite Training, you will help current members get the most out of their ISI membership and introduce prospective members to our dynamic workout and community.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Appearance

• ISI Branded shirt
• Black Shorts/ Bottoms
• White, Black, or Gray shoes
• White, Black, or Gray Colored hat w/ Small Logo
• Cleanliness of Facility based on open and close checklist

OPERATIONS

• Work availability minimum 6 hrs/ week
• Work at minimum 1 weekend shift/ month
• Capture social media content during session/ Milestones/ Birthdays
• Daily Execution Chart filled out at the end of shift
• Doors are open and cold towels distributed IMMEDIATELY following the finisher.
• Retail/ supplement rack is well-stocked and arranged properly.
• Lobby/ Front desk is clean (floors are vacuumed, no fingerprints on glass windows or doors, front desk is clutter-free, no dust on any surfaces).
• Bathrooms and showers (where applicable) are clean.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with proper supplies (feminine products, deodorant, air spray, wipes, etc.)
• Cold towels are cold, damp and infused with essential oils. (towels should not be dry, overly wet, frozen or fragrance-free).
• Fridge is stocked for next shift

MEMBER EXPERIENCE

• Out from behind the desk with energy during check-in/check out.
• Greeting members by name upon entry to the facility.
• Members are greeted with a smile and high-five in the lobby.
• Music is playing in the lobby and set to “tropical house” playlist.
• Members are greeted one final time after finishing the session and upon exiting the facility.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
