This role is essential to the company's ability to meet and exceed our guests' expectations and needs. 

Compensation: $12.00/Hour, Weekly Pay

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additional shifts available, if desired. 

Job Duties:

• Ensure all linens are washed, dried, folded, and placed in proper spot on shelf
• Organize and document the cleaning of private linens, and assuring their prompt return to their original property
• Assist in breaking down and sorting dirty linens to their designated place
• Maintain a clean and clutter free laundry room and amenity room at all times
• Other tasks completed efficiently as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work Saturday and/or Sunday
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a proven ability to operate under pressure
• Exhibits professionalism in and outside office, as an Island Realty representative
• Exhibits principles of ethics, integrity, leadership & teamwork
• Commercial laundry experience preferred
