THE ROLE
CS coordinator is the contact between the customer/sales manager/and all internal functions.
Major responsible is receive and handle customer orders, timely reply to customers. Closely track the order delivery progress and notify customers in time if there are changes. Issue invoices in time. Ensure smooth completion of monthly settlement. Actively coordinate and handle customer complaints. Organize department related data and information. Assist department manager to do other work when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
