Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring various Level B, Machine Operators at our Chandler, AZ location.

Schedule: (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)

1st Shift- 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM M-F

2nd Shift-2:00 PM-10:30 PM M-F

3rd Shift- 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Sun-Thu

Starting Compensation: $20.00 per hour; 2nd and 3rd shift will receive an additional $1.25 shift differential

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the materials processed conform to industry quality criteria.
• Perform Safety and Quality Audits as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work area in accordance with established 5S criteria.
• Manage the orders being cut and packed to ensure customer due dates are being met.
• Effectively communicates with maintenance when equipment problems arise.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO and manufacturing visual and written procedures.
• Use Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve the process.
• All employees will be required to participate in training and continuous improvement events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience- required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP-preferred.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Completion of Physical Assessment Form
