Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at ISOMERIC INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED located in Big Spring, TX. The CSR will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support inquiries, and creating positive customer experiences on a daily basis. Listed below are tasks and responsibilities which serve as a general summary. The duties may be revised from time to time, at the discretion of the company, to support the day-to-day operational functions of the business.

• Manage and support customer order process; provide complete and accurate shipping documents (i.e., BOL, COA, packing list, labels, instructions, etc.).

• Verify/manage floor stock inventory at various warehouses.

• Arrange best-cost shipping transportation (LTL, FTL, Bulk) as needed.

• Process and file shipping paperwork according to defined process.

• Update internal tracking spreadsheets in SharePoint with all applicable order details.

• Assist with maintaining warehouse schedule for inbound/outbound deliveries and shipments.

• Maintain exceptional quality controls, as defined by process documents.

• Work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude and respect for others.

• Ensure that all work processes are in compliance with company policies, including local/state/federal regulations.

• Demonstrate personal safe work habits at all times.

• Work schedule will require flexibility to respond to customer orders after hours, including weekends, with overtime compensation.

Qualifications

• US Citizen; high school diploma or GED certificate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required to effectively foster internal/external relationships

• Successfully execute work orders and process workflow with minimal supervision.

• Self-motivated with initiative to set priorities and complete tasks with efficiency.

• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize according to team objectives.

• Problem solver, with ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

• Ability to adapt to people, situations, and changing priorities with professionalism, grace and flexibility.

• Willingness to work with other team members to achieve desired outputs.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook email and file systems is required.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

• 3-5 years of customer service experience required (chemical/oilfield experience preferred).
