YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for customers, setting the stage for the high level of service they expect. You will arrive at the office determined to make sure customers feel heard as you communicate with them over the phone and via email. When customers call with emergency situations, such as a flooded home, you will remain calm and find solutions to their problems. After a service appointment, you will make follow-up calls to ensure complete satisfaction. Your positive and friendly disposition will shine through in all your interactions! You will thrive in a fast-paced office environment, keeping busy and engaged with your tasks.

WHAT YOU NEED AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Requirements:

• Customer service experience

• CRM experience

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to type at least 50 WPM

Preferred:

• Ability to work well with a team

• Strong communication skills

• Good phone etiquette

• Ability to empathize with customers

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
