Production Manager - Management position with Growing Manufacturer!

This is a direct hire position with a well-established, stable, and growing manufacturer of plastic laminate cabinetry and countertops. Salary range is 80 to 90k based on experience and over all skill set.

The Production Supervisor will oversee production employees in directing, hiring, training, organizing, and scheduling to ensure efficiency and quality in production operations.

Our client would like a candidate with the following experience:

• 5 years supervisory/leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in laminate cabinetry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Thorough understanding of safety and health laws, regulations, and policies.
• Thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
