Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at ISP Millwork. This role involves assisting project managers with data management and ensuring accurate data entry into Innergy (Manufacturing ERP Software). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input project-related data into Innergy, including project specifications, material requirements, and timeline details.
- Data Management: Maintain and update project data, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects the project's status.
- Documentation: Organize and manage electronic and physical documents related to projects, including blueprints, contracts, and correspondence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to understand project needs and gather necessary data.
- Quality Control: Review entered data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports based on data entered into Innergy, assisting project managers in tracking project progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in data entry or administration is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting. Experience with Innergy software is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
