We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at IST Management Services in Irvine, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services.

Hourly Compensation : $17.00 to $17.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities :
The Part Time Customer Service Representative will be responsible for package and mail delivery in a campus environment.
Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
Package Operations - Sort, tag and deliver incoming packages
Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Adhere to all safety procedures
Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager
Participate in cross-training
Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
Qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and computers.
Valid Driver's License required
Prior mail or shipping / receiving experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Lifting up to 55 pounds
