iStaffing is Hiring an On Site Supervisor Near Buena, CA
We are currently looking for a dedicated On-Site Supervisor to oversee warehouse associates and ensure smooth operations at our job site. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines.
Position is from July-December
1st shift: 5:30am-3:30pm
2nd shift: 5:30pm-12:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily headcounts to ensure all associates are present.
- Supervise and oversee the production department activities.
- Address and assist with any concerns on the production lines.
- Ensure all associates comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Maintain direct communication with supervisors and line leads.
- Facilitate effective bilingual communication within the team.
- Spanish/English preferred
- Staffing experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMPs and production processes.
- Ability to handle and resolve issues promptly.
Must be able to commute to job site.
